Understory

Wednesday 8:30pm-9:30pm

Understory is about weaving the spoken, the sounded and the felt into something changed and unheard. Its intention is to create a culture of resistance through stories and musicks.  Poets, essayists and authors will be invited to recite their pieces above a bedrock of beatless songs. The latter half of the show will be low tempo and external, allowing what has been said to travel out of the head and into the body.
